Job Summary
Lead commercial activities across an assigned territory in India to grow the business and improve patient care. Build trusted professional relationships with healthcare providers and local stakeholders; communicate clear clinical and scientific information to support informed care decisions; develop and deliver territory plans; plan and run local educational activities aligned to business and medical priorities; collaborate with sales, medical and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies; travel regularly within the territory and operate in a hybrid model with time at the local office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders
- Comfortable using common digital tools such as Word and Excel, and willing to learn CRM and other digital platforms
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, travel regularly within the assigned territory and represent the company professionally
