Job Summary
Lead commercial activities in India across assigned territory; develop and deliver territory plans; build relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders; share clinical and scientific information to support informed care decisions; plan and run local educational events; use field insight and data to create action plans and monitor progress; collaborate with sales, medical, and operations to deliver local strategies while complying with policies. Hybrid field-and-office role with regular travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders
- Comfortable using common digital tools such as Word and Excel, and willing to learn CRM and other digital platforms
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, travel regularly within the assigned territory and represent the company professionally
