Job Summary
Lead commercial activities across an assigned territory in India to grow the business and improve patient care. Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders; share clear scientific and clinical information to support informed care decisions; plan and run local educational activities aligned to business priorities; use field data to create action plans and track progress; collaborate with sales, medical, and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies while ensuring compliance. This hybrid role combines field work and office time with regular travel within the territory. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field, at least one year of customer-facing experience (healthcare/pharma preferred), strong English communication, and proficiency with common digital tools and CRM; openness to continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders
- Comfortable using common digital tools (Word, Excel) and willing to learn CRM and other digital platforms
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel regularly within the assigned territory
