Job Summary
Lead commercial activities across an assigned territory in India; develop territory plans to meet commercial goals and support better patient care; build and maintain trusted professional relationships with healthcare providers and local stakeholders; share clear, balanced scientific and clinical information to support informed care decisions; plan and run local educational activities and events aligned to local priorities; use field data and insight to create action plans, track progress, and adapt activities to meet targets; collaborate with colleagues across sales, medical and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies and follow laws and company policy; role is hybrid with field work and time at the local office, with regular travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field.
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel regularly within the assigned territory.
