Job Summary
Senior-level Business Execution role focusing on communications strategy, execution, and administration. Responsibilities include coordinating external audits, business continuity activities, and addressing regulatory issues; tracking financials, headcount, and other administrative needs; ad hoc project management; serving as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal messaging; advancing people and communications strategy; supporting leadership and Chief of Staff in communications programs; driving productivity and cost-saving initiatives with senior management; engaging in People Engagement Working Group and VOE initiatives; developing content to enhance brand awareness with stakeholders and clients; writing and editing company-wide communications; developing standards and procedures for communications tools; generating monthly communications metrics to measure impact; participating in leadership meetings to align on strategy; completing financial deliverables including forecasts and client reporting; leveraging technology to enable communications and risk communications; and ensuring risk-aware, compliant decision-making.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role
- Communications or marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
