Job Summary
Senior Business Execution role focusing on administrative activities, audits, regulatory issues, and financial deliverables. Leads communications strategy and execution for internal business messaging, advances organization and talent strategy, drives productivity and cost-saving initiatives with senior management, contributes to People Engagement and Voice of the Employee programs, develops business content to enhance brand awareness with stakeholders and clients, writes and edits company-wide communications, establishes standards and procedures for communications tools, and monitors metrics to gauge impact. Also involved in leadership meetings to align on strategy, assesses risk in business decisions to safeguard Citi’s reputation, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and client reporting activities.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role
- Communications or marketing experience preferred
- Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
