Job Summary
Business Excellence Manager located in Prai, Penang, responsible for leading lean and Six Sigma activities (Gleaned via the GBE A3), deploying Flex Lean Enterprise values, and driving waste elimination and value creation through process improvements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen), initiate cycle time and cost reductions, standardize work, train and coach Lean/CI practices across CIMT Operations, Supply Chain and Office, and co-guide Lean deployment to accelerate Lean Transformation. Drive and validate best practices, support strategic Lean projects, and foster participation and training of Flex employees, suppliers and customers, while aligning with Global Initiatives and Future Factory goals.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires 5 years of related experience.
- Engineering Degree – Industrial Engineering preferred.
