Job Summary
Lead strategic, complex process improvement projects within the division to deliver results aligned with manufacturing and supply chain goals. Evaluate business processes to identify initiatives yielding greater productivity and efficiency, acting as a cross-functional change agent to sustain measurable improvements. Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping, to drive effective change management with cross-functional teams while mentoring others in BEx best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 9 years
- Knowledge of Lean tools such as standard work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen is required
- Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional change
- Experience delivering significant strategic results for Business Process Improvement initiatives
- Education Non-Degree Program (Business or Engineering preferred) or An equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Yes, 10 % of the Time
