Job Summary
Business Excellence Engineer (Fixed-Term 12 Months) leads and coordinates Lean Manufacturing initiatives and JJPS deployment, develops and delivers lean training, and ensures compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA policies. Responsibilities include overseeing layout development via Lean concepts, measuring and managing production results, maintaining the Plant Dashboard, and driving continuous improvement to increase productivity and quality. The role supports cross-functional teams to map business processes, eliminate non-value-added activities, and apply Six Sigma/Lean methodologies. Requires strong communication and leadership, ability to read technical reports, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure. bilingual Spanish & English skills and Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt/Black Belt certifications preferred) with advanced software proficiency (AutoCAD, Excel, Minitab, Word).
