Business Employment Services Representative

Develop work sites and match program participants to job openings by recruiting new employers monthly and conducting daily or weekly visits to market services. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential employers while developing job opportunities for special need participants and organizing job fairs. Assist participants in refining job seeking skills, including resume writing and interview practice, and refer them to potential employers. Provide translation services, cultural awareness education, and conflict resolution support to employers and participants. Screen employers when requested, maintain detailed documentation, and facilitate meetings to address program objectives.
