Job Summary
Lead strategy and commercial growth for China's Orthodontics business, owning China P&L, aligning with global priorities and driving revenue, profitability, and market share growth. Drive integrated commercial strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Channel to expand footprint across public hospitals and private clinics, while refining business models, portfolio strategy, and innovation (e.g., digital dentistry). Build and lead a high-performing team, develop clinical education programs to drive adoption of Ormco solutions, and collaborate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure compliant, efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or medical/dental-related degree preferred
- 10–15+ years of experience in commercial leadership or business management
- Strong experience in medical devices, dental, or orthodontics segment preferred
- Proven track record managing P&L in China or Greater China
- Deep understanding of orthodontic ecosystem, including KOL engagement and clinical workflow
- Experience navigating healthcare policies including VBP or pricing pressure environments
