GenAI Program Lead (Business Director) responsible for senior client leadership across the MDC Factory, aligning client objectives with operational delivery, driving transformation with GenAI and automation, managing KPIs, budgets, and senior stakeholder governance, mentoring junior staff, and partnering with Operations Director and Studio Manager to optimize workflows; requires Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in project/account management, experience with automation/AI tools, beauty products, strong leadership, and client relationship skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in project and/or account management
- Experience with automation and AI tools
- Experience with beauty and/or dermatological products
- Proficient in Adobe Workfront, Microsoft 365 and related software
- Proven ability to manage and strengthen client relationships
- Leadership skills with financial, commercial, and strategic thinking abilities
