Job Summary
Lead integrated media planning across multiple client accounts, driving media transformation and developing the Implementational Planning offering across digital, traditional, audio, VOD, and AV. Manage commercial aspects including soft P&L, oversee a team of Account Directors, and coach staff. Engage senior stakeholders, advise clients on strategies within the WPP Open ecosystem and OASIS framework, lead media testing initiatives, and collaborate with Data & Analytics, Investment, Strategists, and activation teams. Drive growth, contribute to new business pitches, and ensure alignment of media strategies with client objectives while fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
