Job Summary
Lead Flow Controls (FCV) business in Brazil with P&L responsibility; drive commercial performance through market expansion and pricing excellence; oversee annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business reviews; partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to achieve objectives; monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actions; develop a high-performing organization with emphasis on accountability and continuous improvement; support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement; ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ethical standards; understand the Brazilian valve market and growth drivers; shape go-to-market strategy and complementary sales channels; communicate with clarity and build trusted relationships; English fluent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong leadership experience in automation industrial process (chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas), or related industries
- Proven experience managing a business with P&L accountability
- Knowledge of control valves
- Strong commercial, financial, and strategic business acumen
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Fluent in English
