Job Summary
The Business Director AMEA will lead sales and business development for critical industrial applications across Southeast Asia and the Middle East, focusing on strategies to enhance revenue and manage channel partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics or a related field
- Proven success through execution of a consultative sales process
- At least 3–5 years in people management or sales leadership
Desired Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of professional experience
- Strong background in sales and business development
- Proven experience working across Southeast Asian and Middle East markets
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Outstanding communication and networking skills
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
- Computer skills to include Outlook, Salesforce.com, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of industrial UPS systems
