Job Summary

Field-based Business Development role focused on prospecting and closing new commercial landscaping opportunities. Responsible for aggressively identifying and pursuing new business, conducting cold calls and site visits, building relationships with property managers and decision-makers, developing and presenting customized maintenance proposals, collaborating with operations on pricing and service planning, and tracking activities in CRM with weekly progress reports. Must be able to work in the field, travel to sites, and hand off to account management after initial closure. Prior B2B sales experience in landscaping, facilities, or related services is preferred; associate or bachelor’s degree is nice-to-have; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (landscaping, facilities, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently in the field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass background check and drug screening
