Job Summary
Execute business development strategy, employer engagement, and placement pipeline performance across assigned regions. Identify and research potential markets, conduct competitor analysis, and support preparation of proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Directly supervise Job Placement Specialists, oversee daily job development activities, and coach staff to achieve performance targets. Manage project planning, monitoring, and documentation while maintaining CRM systems and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. Establish and maintain employer partnerships to support competitive integrated employment outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, equivalent or GED
- 1+ years' sales and/or business development experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop Business-to-Business sales pipeline from scratch
- Experience with job development and placement strategies for job seekers with disabilities
- Must have and maintain valid drivers' license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel within and throughout region where services are provided
- Must complete and pass background check
- Must be capable of writing
- Must be capable of using a computer keyboard
- Must be capable of using a telephone
- Must be capable of using related office equipment
- Must be able to lift 15lbs
