Job Summary
Lead management and nurturing to fuel the nationwide retail sales pipeline. Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-ups to re-engage dormant prospects. Qualify prospects based on project scope, budget, timeline, and location; schedule qualified appointments for Sales Design Consultants; maintain CRM records and ensure smooth handoffs. Build relationships, educate customers on products and financing, and meet KPIs. Hybrid schedule with evenings, weekends, and some holidays; strong communication, organized, and CRM proficiency are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or retail sales is a plus
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) strongly preferred
