Job Summary
Develop and implement strategies to cultivate business with current and prospective clients while conducting market research to inform targeted efforts. Coordinate event planning, including venue logistics, budget management, and vendor coordination for sponsorships, webinars, and speaking engagements. Draft marketing communications and pitch materials, manage practice budgets, and respond to internal and external client inquiries. Assist in creating high-quality RFP responses, legal directory submissions, and thought leadership content for practice groups. Collect matter data for the firm's experience management system and maintain marketing lists. Requires seven years of marketing experience within a law firm, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential client information. Salary range $85,000–$125,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of seven (7) years of marketing and business development experience
- Strong project and process management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Ability to manage and maintain confidential client information
- Flexible to manage demands outside of traditional business hours
