Job Summary
Drive B2B SaaS sales by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to close deals, while building long-term client relationships. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure successful onboarding and customer retention. Provide feedback to improve sales processes and onboarding experiences. Deliver regular reports on performance, pipeline, and opportunities to the Management Team. Earnest focus on selling based on real solutions in a startup, go-to-market context; engage with decision-makers from HR Managers/Directors to C-level executives. Requirement: strong network in the HR industry is a plus; must be proficient in Vietnamese with working-level English; ownership mindset, proactive and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR Tech, or enterprise software
- Proficient in Vietnamese, with working-level English communication skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills
- Consultative sales mindset: able to understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions
- Proactive, self-managed, target-driven, and able to work well under pressure
