Job Summary
Business Development Specialist to grow membership and promote financial wellness through outreach events, financial literacy workshops, and partnerships with the Center for Financial Empowerment. Hybrid work arrangement based out of Sahara office in Las Vegas, NV. Focus on community engagement, lead generation, and member acquisition through field events, presentations, and collaborations with branches, marketing, and business development teams. Responsibilities include representing the credit union at workshops and partner engagements, delivering presentations, building community partnerships, generating leads, interviewing prospective members, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving membership and loan goals. Requires strong relationship-building, bilingual English/Spanish, CRM proficiency, travel local, and a customer-centric, results-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in sales, banking, customer service, marketing, or community engagement preferred
- Experience presenting to groups or participating in outreach events is a plus
- Proven ability to meet performance or sales goals
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
