Job Summary
Drive territory growth for Orlando by developing and executing a sales and marketing strategy, conducting sales calls and presentations, expanding the client base, and nurturing a robust CRM pipeline to hit revenue and project-margin goals within the designated territory. Collaborate on national marketing initiatives, maintain strong client relationships, manage sales budgets, and complete required sales metrics while traveling daily within the Greater Orlando area. Proficient in CRM usage and Microsoft Office tools; proven ability to plan activities, quote and close deals, and achieve targets through proactive networking and strategic outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of direct business-to-business sales or solutions sales experience
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales and marketing initiatives
- Strong organizational, negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, sales education, and multitasking
- Ability to plan and schedule sales activities using CRM software
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel at short notice
