Job Summary

Partner with estimating and operations teams to support project pursuits, while building long-term relationships with clients and industry partners. Prepare presentations highlighting PCI's capabilities, gather project scope details, and assist in developing proposals and qualification packages. Conduct cost-benefit analysis to guide business decisions, manage the client alignment log, and establish key client profiles for tracking. Represent PCI at industry events, organize client-facing activities, and update D365 Opportunities and Power BI data. Create and manage approved content for social media promotion. Requires 2+ years in sales or business development, a bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel. Salary ranges from $70,300 to $94,000 plus a non-guaranteed bonus.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, regional offices, and project locations as needed
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and critical thinking abilities
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to deliver exceptional service
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technical skills and industry practices
