Business Development Specialist Mining & Minerals

Business Development Specialist for Kazakhstan & CIS in Mining & Mineral Processing, responsible for regional growth, market expansion and technical-commercial success. Develop and execute regional growth strategies across mining, identify and secure new business opportunities with mining operators, EPCs and senior decision-makers, and expand footprint through key-account development and new-client acquisition. Collaborate with technical, operations and commercial teams to deliver tailored process solutions, support audits and performance optimization, and promote technologies that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. Drive revenue targets, negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, and report on sales performance, pipeline and market developments. Must have strong commercial acumen, ability to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, and technical understanding of mining processes; communicate effectively in English, with Russian and Kazakh as strongly preferred/advantageous. Ability to work across diverse cultures (Kazakhstan & CIS experience highly desirable) and travel as needed to support customer needs.
