Job Summary
Drive profitable existing account growth and secure new business acquisitions within your assigned territory by identifying, qualifying, and landing new Traditional Independent Licensed Dealer and Non-Mandated National Account Customers. Physically set up new customers with racks, batteries, and testers, then educate them on programs and products while maintaining relationships through in-person meetings and site visits. Execute weekly business reviews on growth dealers, leverage Salesforce for prospecting and pipeline development, and communicate pricing actions based on monthly Gross Profit reports. Meet established targets for new unit sales, maintain a minimum of 15 prospect calls and 12 growth dealer meetings per week, and manage dealer issues and complaints. Collaborate with internal teams including Market General Managers and Route Sales Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Business-to-Business sales experience preferred
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or field-based account management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills coupled with a results-driven mindset
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while covering designated area
- Concise and professional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
- Experience with MS Office and Excel required
- Experience with Salesforce, Concur, Workday, and/or Tableau preferred
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent travel
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
