Job Summary
Business Development Specialist will act as the market and application expert for assigned product(s) within the Sales organization, prospect end users and distributors, manage the sales cycle from qualification to close, and coordinate with Territory Managers and the Director of Sales to meet product revenue and net CM goals. Responsibilities include promoting IPG programs and product solutions to end users and distributors, training Distributor Sales Reps on features and benefits, supporting distributor sales, providing guidance in client meetings, and acting as a field feedback loop for product development. The role requires strong communication skills, a hunter mentality, ability to work independently or in a team, travel commitments, and a solid understanding of IPG products, features, capabilities, and distribution channels. A BA/BS degree and 4-7 years of relevant business development or sales experience are required.

- 4-7 years business development or sales experience in a related field

- MS Office proficiency
- Experience in industrial or packaging sales (preferred)
