Business Development Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and expand imaging services by identifying and securing new referral sources (physician offices, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, legal partners, and employer groups) and by building territory strategies to increase imaging volume and market presence. Create tailored partnership solutions aligned with client needs and strengthen relationships with key decision makers to drive long-term growth. Monitor market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activity, track pipeline activity and performance metrics within CRM systems. Requires experience in healthcare or medical imaging and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data visualization) and PowerPoint; a college degree is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with personal injury/LOP
- Experience in business development, sales, or provider relations
- Ability to engage physicians, attorneys, and business leaders effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualization, along with PowerPoint and presentation design
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
