Job Summary
Business Development Representative to join a higher education sales team, spearheading outbound outreach (cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn) to set appointments for Account Executives in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment. Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales Development to optimize campaigns, researching prospects within the ideal customer profile, conducting high-quality initial calls to identify needs, maintaining accurate lead data in Salesforce, taking on special projects to improve appointment value, and partnering with internal resources to grow in a sales career. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong written and verbal communication, objection-handling, organizational skills, a self-starter mindset, and teamwork. Hybrid in Denver, CO (4 days remote) with remote opportunities nationally.
