Job Summary
Business Development Specialist responsible for growing GXBank's loan- origination channel by identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with channeling partners. Own portfolio growth, set and execute sales plans with partners to boost monthly loan disbursement volumes, coordinate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance to streamline loan processing, monitor performance metrics, conduct business reviews, analyze market data for opportunities and threats, resolve conflicts with partners, stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, and provide market insights to influence strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit processing within Banking or Financial services
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to write compelling credit proposals in English
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage across all levels
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to pitch and negotiate terms beneficial for both the company and its partners
