Job Summary
Business Development Specialist responsible for owner-level administration of partner onboarding, data validation, and reporting; manage partner/customer account records, enrollment workflows, and create data-driven reports and presentations to inform decision-making. Collaborates with Partner Account Managers, resellers, and cross-functional teams (Solution Engineering, Product Operations, Marketing) to improve product adoption and partner engagement. Delivers data-driven insights to senior leadership, leads technical integrations and go-to-market initiatives with OEM partners, and oversees events and sales initiatives with ROI measurement. Provides white-glove onboarding support to high-profile customers and partners, coordinates SME meetings, and ensures alignment with product releases and marketing materials. Strong analytical thinking, ability to juggle multiple workstreams, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in Project Management/Inventory Management/Technical Sales
- Strong organizational skills

- Technical proficiency with business software including Google Workspace
