Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline through email campaigns, cold outreach, and CRM systems while collaborating with marketing to create tailored content. Identify new sales channels beyond standard outreach, such as industry events and partnerships, and build relationships with prospective and existing clients for future business opportunities. Analyze competitor strategies and emerging BPO demands in the US/UK regions to refine market research and outreach approaches.
