Job Summary
Develop community job leads and build relationships with employers to match participants to appropriate jobs. Conduct informational interviews, cold calls, site visits, and employer interviews; collect job requirements and skills data; refer qualified applicants and provide follow-up. Create resumes, register participants, coordinate travel, and accompany participants to interviews. Maintain documentation of job search activities, participate in agency meetings, and use MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) to manage communications and reporting. Requires ability to travel locally and advocate for participants during interviews; background checks and accommodations may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in Education, Social Services or Business preferred
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Must be fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated
