Job Summary
Develop and manage relationships with referral sources within the assigned territory; travel to provider offices to promote referral services, brand messaging, and the benefits of referring to the company. Drive referral goals, create and present reports, provide marketing feedback, represent the company at trade shows, assist in marketing materials development, set up educational meetings with referring physician offices, maintain outreach databases, and collaborate with internal teams to deepen knowledge of conditions treated and therapies offered. Stay current with sales and marketing best practices through ongoing training and professional development; build strong professional relationships internally and externally; support operational improvement and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years of sales/marketing experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with doctors, clinical staff, other co-workers and the public.
- Ability to work individually as well as within a team.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ability to respond with patience and understanding during stressful conditions related to patient health and emergent situations.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail.
- Must possess strong organization skills.
- Must be able to problem solve and use reasoning.
- Must be able to meet predefined quality standards.
- Must maintain and project a professional attitude and appearance at all time.
- Must have a working knowledge of the healthcare field and medical terminology.
