Job Summary
Business Development Specialist based in our San Diego office with travel to Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Develop and cultivate client relationships and strategic partnerships to position Clark as the premier General Contractor in the region. Lead regional BD efforts, grow a robust pipeline from prospecting to award, and collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to create winning proposals, interviews, and marketing materials. Represent Clark at industry events, develop relationships with end-users, developers, architects, engineers, and consultants, and utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to maintain contacts and project opportunities. Travel occasionally to support opportunities and engage with key decision-makers; emphasis on long-term client engagement, strategic thinking, and a strong network.
