Job Summary
Conduct market, competitive, and consumer research to identify growth opportunities across wholesale, international sales, and licensing. Assist in developing presentations, financial analyses, and business cases for new initiatives while coordinating cross-functional projects with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Legal teams. Track project timelines, maintain databases, and prepare executive summaries for leadership meetings. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and support international distributor relationships through partner outreach and documentation. Manage licensing opportunities including research and project coordination. Perform additional analyses and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, International Business, or a related field
- 0–3 years of professional experience, including internships, preferably in business development, sales, consulting, merchandising, or related functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Interest in wholesale, international business, licensing, and strategic growth initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with retail, consumer products, fashion, or branded goods
- Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting
- Exposure to international business or licensing is a plus
