Job Summary
Drive growth as a Business Development Specialist by partnering with Account Executives to build a multi-million ARR pipeline, identify growing companies, engage leads via phone, email, and social channels, and position BluWave-ai’s sustainable-energy AI solutions as ROI-focused value. Own initial touchpoints, qualify opportunities for the sales team, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with marketing to refine messaging. Maintain a high-urgency, mission-driven approach in a fast-paced startup, with travel as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service or customer-facing role
- The ability to proactively engage new clients through email, phone and social outreach
- Strong communication skills to articulate value of AI-related solutions
- A desire to learn, grow, and get on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup to launch a career in tech/AI sales
- A collaborative spirit with entrepreneurial drive to improve internal processes and contribute beyond day-to-day tasks
