Job Summary
Agribusiness Business Development Specialist for FCCI in the Midwest (Indiana). Responsible for agency management, revenue growth, and profitability in the assigned territory. Partners with underwriters to build agency relationships and achieve agency goals; serves as central contact for agency partners; promotes P&C products through the independent agency system; handles new account selection, pricing, and direct policyholder service; collaborates with agents to set strategic annual plans. Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of agribusiness or property & casualty insurance preferred
- Experience in agency management or sales within independent agency system
- Ability to build and maintain agency relationships and drive revenue growth
- Pricing and underwriting aware with decision-making authority within policy
- Field-based role requiring residency in assigned territory
- Effective communication and planning skills
- Customer service oriented with focus on policyholder service
