Job Summary

Drive sales and expand market share among travel agency accounts by developing and executing strategies to educate, engage, and foster long-term relationships with travel agency partners. Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to execute promotional activities and facilitate revenue production through effective sales efforts. Responsibilities include training and supporting travel agencies in assigned territories, coordinating with the Regional Sales Director to facilitate transactions and events, designing territory management strategies, coordinating sales events (webinars, in-person meetings, trade shows), supporting Inside Sales in resolving and executing territory-related cases, maintaining CRM data in OneIS, becoming a SME in the CRM system to train others, distributing weekly/monthly sales reports, and executing outbound calling campaigns to trade accounts. Additional duties as assigned. Requires strong communication, sales orientation with a track record of meeting targets, ability to develop strategic plans for territory management, proficiency with online promotional tools, detail-oriented organization, and willingness to travel. Full-time role with extended hours; EEO statement included. Travel and luxury/cruise industry knowledge are highly advantageous.
