Job Summary
Senior Business Development Specialist to drive growth across the logistics and technology sectors in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Responsibilities include identifying high-value opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure), developing tailored client proposals and ROI-focused business models, and achieving revenue targets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline via CRM, coordinate with technical/PMO teams for seamless onboarding, conduct market research and competitive analysis, represent Madar at industry events, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions align with client workflows (fleet management, warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, freight tracking). Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills and experience in SaaS/digital solutions with enterprise or mid-market clients are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy, preferably in logistics, SaaS, or digital solutions
- Experience in SaaS, TaaS, or digital marketplace solutions
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC market
