Business Development Sales Specialist (Charles Town, WV; Homebuilder/Contractor sales responsibilities; good pay incentives and benefits)

Blossman Gas seeks a Business Development Sales Specialist for our showroom location in the Charles Town / Kearneysville, WV area. The primary duties are to communicate company offerings and services enthusiastically from the showroom and by telephone; work with builders and homeowners for new construction and renovation needs relating to gas fireplace systems, outdoor kitchens, gas appliances, grills and more; have a good closing rate for sales interactions. The role includes conducting some on-site, Outside Sales-related duties when approaching new opportunities for residential propane, staying up to date on preferred brands, financing, preventative maintenance and promotional offerings, keeping showrooms clean and up-to-standard, performing daily computer tasks to support locations’ workflows, following up with customers by telephone, email, and text, and occasionally helping customers load new equipment. Regular bending, lifting, and pulling are part of daily duties.
