Job Summary
Drive growth for MicroBIM by leading the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, identify market opportunities in BIM, construction technology, MEP, and fire protection, and build strategic partnerships with engineering firms, consultants, contractors, and technical stakeholders. Conduct online and onsite meetings and software demonstrations, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate with prospective clients, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Responsible for customer relationship management, forecasting, and reporting while leveraging knowledge of BIM workflows and related technologies to position technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in Arabic and English to support regional and international markets, with a focus on expanding market presence and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development and/or Sales
