Job Summary
Business Development / Sales Manager focused on driving growth of Industrial Product Certification (IPC) services in Vietnam, with emphasis on strategic account development, early-stage project positioning, and value-based selling in ASME/PED, ATEX/IECEx, and CE marking/IEC standards. Responsible for identifying new IPC opportunities, building a robust pipeline (pre-tender engagement), managing relationships with multinational manufacturers and EPCs, translating technical requirements into business value, and monitoring market trends (semiconductor investments, export-driven compliance). Collaboration with technical teams to produce competitive proposals, and development of long-term account strategies across semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, and industrial/fabrication sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5–10 years in Business Development / Sales in Industrial services / certification / inspection
- Strong understanding of ASME / PED or ATEX / IECEx or CE marking / IEC standards (machinery, electrical)
- Experience with semiconductor / electronics manufacturing, oil & gas / industrial fabrication, energy / infrastructure
