Job Summary

Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and cultivate referrals for a restoration-services company in Sycamore, IL. Responsibilities include designing and executing a strategic action plan, building and maintaining relationships with plumbing referral partners and wholesalers, prospecting and networking to drive new revenue, delivering exceptional client service, maintaining sales records and reports, attending client meetings and events, coordinating sales initiatives with marketing, and demonstrating leadership potential for career growth. Requirements include 3+ years of proven sales experience in business development (preferably outside sales), industry knowledge or willingness to learn, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a self-motivated, organized, results-driven mindset.
