Job Summary
Field-based Business Development Representative building referral relationships across the assigned territory in wound care and dermatology. Responsible for scheduling and conducting educational in-services, delivering high-quality customer service, and collaborating with the team to achieve business development goals. Requires travel throughout the territory, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to manage a large sales territory while contributing to a positive company culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3-to-5-year successful sales experience with healthcare facilities, physicians, home health, hospice, and other healthcare related entities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and manage a large sales territory
- Familiarity with post-acute sales environment and specifically wound care services
- Strong business and sales acumen
- Must have reliable means of transportation and ability to spend most of the time travelling throughout assigned sales territory
