Job Summary
Outbound prospecting for luxury real estate-focused sales, including 40–60+ cold calls per day, multi-channel outreach (email and LinkedIn), and inbound lead qualification to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives. Target prospects include luxury real estate brokers, teams, developers, and builders; build and manage regional prospect lists; qualify ~7–10 inbound leads daily; schedule qualified walkthroughs and discovery calls. Maintain CRM hygiene and report metrics in Salesforce/Apollo/HubSpot/Calendly; communicate value of luxury staging to accelerate sales. Based in the United States with remote work options; compensation base of $50k–$70k plus incentives with on-target earnings of $80k–$120k+ depending on performance.
