Job Summary
Develop, plan and implement Department goals; develop and implement tracking for leads and conversion; develop marketing strategies to promote enrollment and new business; maintain relationships with real estate agents and service departments; educate owners on best practices for vacation rental homeowners; assist Revenue Manager with TVRU enrollment; professionally represent Oak Island Accommodations with knowledge, service and integrity; maintain schedule flexibility to meet company and client needs; collaborate with the Beach Properties division and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, vacation rentals, or real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively
- Negotiation and contract management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and task organization abilities
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with property management software, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and demonstrate empathy in owner interactions
- Self motivated
