Required Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • Ability to learn and navigate CRM
  • Ability to learn a trusted sales process emphasizing consultative pain identification and value-oriented solution demonstration
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, negotiate, and follow-up with individuals at all levels
  • Must reside in/around the Tulsa metro market
  • Willingness to commute to Tulsa office 4x/week
