Job Summary
Business Development Representative to engage dealerships and generate 20+ opportunities monthly through in-person and prospecting cadences; qualify business goals to determine long-term strategic fit and drive revenue growth; build ongoing relationships for referrals and up-sell opportunities; travel to the Tulsa office 4x/week and work in a remote/hybrid/office-based environment depending on business needs; responsibilities include proactive meeting scheduling, demos, and ensuring attendance, with a focus on consultative, value-driven solutions and a proven sales process; strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales experience
- Ability to learn and navigate CRM
- Ability to learn a trusted sales process emphasizing consultative pain identification and value-oriented solution demonstration
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and meeting deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, negotiate, and follow-up with individuals at all levels
- Must reside in/around the Tulsa metro market
- Willingness to commute to Tulsa office 4x/week
