Hybrid Business Development Representative role focused on owning the outbound sales engine and building pipeline as we move up market. Responsibilities include mastering Vanta’s value proposition, identifying strategic accounts with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense, developing multi-channel prospecting sequences, coordinating meetings on account executives’ calendars, and effectively countering objections. Requires prior B2B SaaS experience and a proactive, self-starting approach; must be able to commute to the Dublin office for in-office hybrid days (Tue-Thu).
