Job Summary
Business Development Representative responsible for identifying, qualifying, and creating new sales opportunities within assigned target accounts and territories; proactively engaging prospective customers through phone, email, and other outreach channels; executing an account-based go-to-market strategy with Account Executives; building trusted relationships by understanding business challenges and goals; qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities and supporting pipeline development; maintaining accurate activity tracking and achieving weekly/monthly KPIs; representing the company professionally as the first point of contact in a hybrid role based in Edinburgh with quarterly travel.
Required Qualifications
- Experience engaging with customers or prospects in a sales, business development, or customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong interest in building a career in sales
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and confidently navigate objections
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
