Business Development Representative (Upstate NY Market)

Job Summary
Develops and implements business development programs in consultation with the Director of Business Development, maintains CRM records and account information, builds and maintains relationships with referral sources (physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other allied professionals), expands market presence through targeted outreach, conducts community workshops and facility tours to educate clients and families, represents the facility at civic and professional events, and collaborates with Admissions and clinical staff to streamline referrals and admissions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Behavioral Health, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Two or more years’ related experience in healthcare business development and marketing role preferred
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record, and have access to an automobile
